Como Geraldton Terms & Conditions

Reservations
Reservations are held in good faith to the dates advised as being available at the time by Como Apartments - Geraldton, for the price as specified by Como or it's agents, subject to the reservation being confirmed as follows. A reservation is accepted when the required cash or cleared cheque funds are received, or valid credit card payment effected, for payment of the Reservation Fee, always subject to the availability of the requested accommodation for the required dates being confirmed after the payment is received. In the event credit card details are supplied, the cost of the Reservation Fee will be charged to the Credit Card on receipt of those details.

Reservation Fee
A Reservation Fee of 50%, or equivalent to 2 weeks, or the full value of the booking, whichever is the greatest, is required at the time of making a reservation. In the event of cancellation, change or non-show, the Reservation Fee, less 10%, may, at the discretion of Como be refunded. This discretion may be exercised subject to the extent the cancelled booking period is taken up by replacement bookings.

Payment
Payment is required in full for the reservation period at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed by Como.

Arrival & Departure
As the property is secured, access must be arranged by phoning Como in advance of arrival. On arrival, a Guest for whom the booking has been made, will be required to sign a Como Guest Registration Form, accepting the terms and conditions therein and a credit card pre-authorisation is to be signed by way of a security bond. Departure time is 10:00am. Delayed departure will attract an additional charge of $30.00 per hour after 10:00am to a max. of $120.00.

Cheques
Cheques are not accepted as payment for reservation confirmation or accommodation unless funds are bank cleared prior to arrival.
